Cantilever gates.
A sliding gate with no ground track. The panel is cantilevered from rollers on one side and suspended clear of the driveway, so it keeps running where debris, foul weather or uneven ground would jam a track gate, while holding high security across trafficable openings. About the mechanism .
Why cantilever
Built to keep moving.
- 01
No ground track.
The gate is cantilevered from rollers on one side and hangs clear of the driveway, nothing across the opening to trip over, clog or seize.
- 02
Shrugs off debris & weather.
With no ground channel to fill, it keeps running through leaf litter, mud, grit and foul weather that stop track-bound sliding gates.
- 03
Handles uneven ground.
Suspended above the surface, a cantilever gate copes with slopes, dips and rough terrain a ground-rail gate simply can’t follow.
- 04
Built for security & scale.
Heavy-duty single gates up to 9m (double to 18m), wind-rated options and any access control you like, keypad, RFID, intercom or phone.
Where it fits
The premium sliding option.
A cantilever gate is part of our commercial sliding gate range. It is ideal where a flat, level road surface is not available, and it is more secure because the gate cannot be lifted off a ground track. It is the premium choice in the sliding range. Where side room is the constraint instead, a telescopic gate may suit.
